Child molestation and abuse destroys lives. The crime is drastically under-reported, as the victims often feel shame, guilt and a lack of understanding. Worse, often is that the perpetrator is in a position of trust.

As a Deputy District Attorney, Mrs. Allard maintained long term trial positions in the Family Protection and Juvenile Divisions and specialized in these difficult and emotional cases, tirelessly advocating for these young and truly innocent victims and their families.

Unfortunately those who abuse children often seek employment that allows them the access to children. Often these are our educational and health institutions where the duty to exercise reasonable care in protecting children is overlooked.
